  1. Nick Fix Touchup Acrylic Gelcoat 4 Star Review

Posted by on 11th Oct 2016

Worked quite well. I wish there was a way to customize the color a little darker. The plumbing white is still too white for an antique sink.

Thank you for your purchase. Give us a call at 800-218-2066 We have those older colors. Would like to see you get the right color. Customer Service.

  2. touch up paint works very good 5 Star Review

Posted by on 14th Sep 2016

used it to touch up small chip on beautiful, expensive kitchen sink around flange. While it is not perfect, you really would not notice it if you did not know it was there. Very surprised with result and very pleased.

Ordered two colors and one matched perfectly.

  4. Works well, had to pick the color 4 Star Review

Posted by on 3rd Aug 2016

The product covers nicks and chips in our ceramic bath very well.
The color samples on the website are very small and it is hard to match this to the bath color. The nick fix we bought is a shade too light. However, we'll live with our current choice rather than buy another color.

Thank you for your purchase. The Color swatches on the site enlarge when a choice is made to purchase and or when moused over. Note there is a light white and a darker plumbing white.

  8. Saved by the Nick Fix 5 Star Review

My 40 year old Harvest gold tub was chipped by a contractor during a recent repair. This was the only place I was able to locate the '1970's harvest gold touch-up paint. Price was reasonable and delivered as promised! While it is not the exact shade, it will certainly serve the purpose and is not easily noticeable. Thank you D.I.Y. Surface Repair

  9. Wrong color but still looks great 5 Star Review

Posted by on 10th Feb 2016

We had a scratch in our white porcelain tub and thought "appliance white" might be too bright so bought the plumber white. When we put it on it was too gray. My husband did sand it and put a rubbing compound on it and it looks perfect. Can't see it or feel it with your hand. Next time I would get the appliance white color though.

  10. Works well 4 Star Review

Posted by on 6th Feb 2016

Flowed on well and was easy to build up several layers to the desired thickness. Color matches pretty well -- definitely as good as can be expected given the color variations in bathtubs. Not perfect, but certainly better than the big black chip. Material sanded well to be flush with the tub surface. Probably the best solution available for a chipped tub. Only thing better would be to not chip the tub in the first place.
