Shipping Locations:
Multi-Tech's Do-It-Yourself Products are available for shipment to locations in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Canada.

Shipping Charges:
Our shipping charges include a handling fee along with standard UPS/FedEx ground charges. All orders that are placed from Hawaii or Alaska, Puerto Rico and US Territories will incur an extra shipping charge. As of January 1, 2011 all orders going to these locations are required to be shipped as HAZMAT (dangerous goods). If in doubt, please contact us first before placing your order.

Canadian Orders:
All orders going to Canada that are over $19.00 USD will incur an extra fee for duties and taxes apart from the shipping fees. These extra costs are the responsibility of the customer and are payable to the carrier as a brokerage fee.

Estimated Delivery:
In most cases, orders are shipped same day the order is placed (To ship same day, an order must be placed Mon - Fri before 12pm PST, excluding holidays). Orders placed Friday (after 12pm PST) through Sunday are usually shipped on the following business day, excluding holidays. For additional questions about your shipping options, please contact us.

International Shipping:
For ordering outside of the US and Canada, contact Multi-Tech Products for pricing and/or shipping arrangements. Most of the products we offer are considered HAZMAT so we require a minimum order of $150.00 USD.

Carriers:
All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Sorry, we can not ship via USPS due to the fact that our product is classified as HAZMAT (dangerous goods) and the USPS will not carry/deliver these types of packages.

P.O. Boxes:
Multi-Tech Products does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Returns Policy:
In the case of a return for refund, any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order will not be refunded. At our discretion, we may levee a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of items returned.

Multi-Tech Products is not responsible for return shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully in their original packaging. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since Multi-Tech Products cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured such as UPS or FedEx.
