Multi-Tech Products offers surface repair kits that are factory color-matched. Please take note that most gelcoat and acrylic bathtubs and showers are either white, biscuit, almond or bone. Each manufacturer has variations in the tones of these colors.

Easy to use Factory Color Repair Paste for bath tubs and shower stalls. Paste Kit has ample amount of Color Matched repair material to fill up to (3)-7” cracks or 3” air pockets (Blisters) or deep damage. Now, anyone can make professional quality home repairs to chips, nicks, scratches and surface cracks on sinks, bathtubs, toilets, shower stalls, ceramic tile, hot tubs, spas and major appliances.

Great Product...Color with this kit

I was very impressed with how well this product performed -- following the directions, I got a near perfect fill on a rather large hole, and the rubbing compound really does produce a shine comparable to the tub surface. Unfortunately, the color match (although clearly stated for the brand I had) was not perfect. I thought about adding a drop of white toner, but mistakenly assumed it would be a perfect match straight out. Lesson learned -- next time, I will trust my eyes and use their toners in the kit. Still, I am overall very happy with my results.

Answer from Surface Repair...This product is matched to the manufacturer's standard. Tubs vary in colors lot to lot. We even sell our products to the factory to fix manufactured tubs on the factory floor to new condition. In reality, colors have to be adjusted even by the factory. We make toners for all of our kits. That is why this DIY kit comes with toners.

Only draw back is the color. I asked for Crane in a Bone color. Came in very dark, added the white color at two drops and mixed, ended up adding almost the whole bottle and is still dark for only a 1/8 size mix.

(Note from Surface Repair) Glad it worked out for you. Sounds like the color was biscuit. Biscuit is almost an off-white color. Bone resembles more of a lighter masking tape color.
