I was spraying down an existing shower base in the bathroom and found that it would have been better to uninstall the base and do it outside. The spray causes a lot of fumes and coated the bathroom in a white residue powder.
I bought two cans and the second one sputtered a lot and made it difficult to put a smooth coat on. Maybe I needed to buy the additional spray trigger gun?
The pre-cleaning aerosol didn't seem to do much and did not remove some silicone caulking residue on the base.
Overall though the finished job looked good, I will see how well it adheres to the porcelain base over time. I would buy the product again but do the finish job differently.

I ordered 2 of these to re-coat an old bathtub. The first batch was no good (came out grey instead of off-white) so they sent us a 2nd batch, which was much better.
Even on the good, 2nd batch, the spray nozzle tends to spatter the paint, so you have to constantly wipe the nozzle with a paper towel to prevent spots on the tub. Other than that, just realize you have to spray really close to the tub or the paint turns to dust before hitting the tub. The paint does resist the orange-peel effect like it claims to do, and in some places, the result is great. But I still ended up with a bunch of rough spots and uneven coverage, only noticeable the next day. I just finished touching it up, so we'll see how that turns out.
One thing that is not clear from the instructions is how long to wait before putting on the clear-coat. They should clarify this.
Overall, this is a decent product, although the spray nozzle is a bit defective and a frustration to use until you realize you have to constantly dab the always-forming drop of paint from the nozzle with paper towel so it doesn't spatter the paint.
I'd use it again, but I can see how someone not used to spraying would make a complete mess due to the product's limitations. They could fix the things I mentioned to make it a better product
